Roniqua Zimmermann, LCSW

Child & Adolescent Therapist | Practice Owner

Roniqua specializes in working with young children ages 2 to 7 and their families, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges with compassion and care. She believes parents are the experts on their children and partners closely with families to build stronger connections, improve communication, and support healthy emotional growth. Using an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach, Roniqua creates a warm, supportive environment where children can feel safe, understood, and empowered to express themselves. She supports families in strengthening parent-child relationships, developing emotional regulation and social skills, and creating positive changes that foster confidence, connection, and resilience both at home and beyond.

Moya Perez, MSW

Child & Adolescent Therapist

I believe children and teens do best when they feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My goal is to create a warm and comfortable space where clients can be themselves while learning healthy ways to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and build confidence. I enjoy working with children and teens experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, school stress, peer or family challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique personality and needs, incorporating DBT-informed strategies, coping skills development, creative interventions, and supportive talk therapy. I also value building strong relationships with parents and caregivers and believe that feeling understood and supported can make a meaningful difference in a child or teen’s growth and healing.

Stacey Yates, LMSW, Ed.S

Child & Adolescent Therapist

I believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and understood, and my approach focuses on understanding the “why” behind behaviors while building trusting relationships. As a parent — including a parent of a child with special needs — and a former school counselor, I understand how anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, school stress, and family transitions can impact a child’s well-being. I work with school-aged children and adolescents using a warm, developmentally appropriate, and collaborative approach that incorporates play-based therapy, coping skills, creative activities, and talk therapy. I value partnering closely with parents and caregivers to help children feel confident, supported, and successful at home, school, and beyond.
